GigSync - Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using GigSync ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

GigSync is a mobile application designed to help bands, music groups, and performers coordinate events, manage schedules, and communicate with group members. The App provides:

• Shared calendar functionality
• Event creation and management
• Group chat and messaging
• RSVP tracking for events
• Push notifications for event reminders
• Group management features

3. Account Registration

To use GigSync, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)

4. Subscription Plans and Pricing

4.1 Available Plans

GigSync offers the following subscription tiers:

• Free Plan: Access to personal calendar and membership in one group
• Solo Pro (€4.99/month): Join unlimited groups as a member
• Premium (€24.99/month): Create and manage unlimited groups

4.2 Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with full Premium features. You will not be charged during the trial period. Your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial unless cancelled before the trial ends.

4.3 Payment and Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account
• Prices are subject to change with notice

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play Store account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
• Refund requests are handled according to Apple App Store and Google Play Store policies

5. User Conduct

You agree NOT to use GigSync to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post offensive, inappropriate, or illegal content
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with the App's functionality or security
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems or bots

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create or upload to GigSync (messages, event details, etc.). By using the App, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

6.2 Our Intellectual Property

GigSync, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by Japanac Music and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without permission.

7. Group Management

• Group creators must maintain an active Premium subscription
• If a Premium subscription expires, groups may become inaccessible or read-only
• Group creators have the authority to manage members and content within their groups
• We reserve the right to remove groups or content that violate these Terms

8. Privacy

Your use of GigSync is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

GigSync is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy or reliability of information
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Security of data transmission

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Japanac Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

• Loss of data or profits
• Missed events or performances
• Service interruptions
• Damages arising from use or inability to use the App

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harmful conduct toward other users
• Non-payment of subscription fees

Upon termination, your right to use the App immediately ceases.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in the App and on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of GigSync after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Serbia.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Japanac Music regarding the use of GigSync.
